What we plan together: As a working student:in the sustainability field of REWE Group you are part of our Climate Tech Ventures team. You work at the interface of climate goals and innovation topics, gather experiences in the start-up and investment environment and get to know different facets of our sustainability strategy.

What you do with us: You take responsibility: You support the planning and implementation of projects in the field of social engagement for REWE and Penny as well as in climate and innovation issues. You show commitment: You are actively involved in internal and external communication to our projects. You are introducing yourself: you are creating analyses, presentations and decision-making templates and bringing your ideas into the further development of our sustainability activities. Achieve more together: You take ownership of subprojects and defined tasks as well as everyday tasks in the team. You are present: You actively support us in preparing internal and external events.

What convinces us: First of all your personality: You have great interest in sustainability and social responsibility and you are characterized by a very independent and responsible way. You are a student: in economics or humanities with the focus on project management or sustainability and has above-average performance. You have already gained experience in the trade or consumer goods sector, in the social sector, in the field of project management or in the field of sustainability. A quick understanding, analytical and strategic thinking, structuring ability and goal-sustainability are the key features. Very good MS Office skills (in particular Excel and PowerPoint) as well as pronounced team orientation are required.
