Since 01.01.2021, the Federal Highway GmbH has been responsible as the operator of one of the largest and most diverse infrastructures for around 13,000 motorway kilometers. Coordination, implementation and further development of concepts and methods of personnel(cost) planning and control Strategic personnel planning and building and monitoring of the personnel budget Analysis and reporting of relevant data as well as maintenance of personnel loading and demand models Creation of expertise, analyses and technical contributions to the development of methods, methods and instruments Coordination, implementation control of methods, methods and instruments Advising the departments, executives and participation in projects for the further development of personnel planning and control

Graduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Ideally focusing on controlling, personnel planning and personnel controlling or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience Knowledge of personnel controlling Funded knowledge in job management Knowledge of personnel cost planning Very good knowledge of SAP HCM and MS Office Very good knowledge of German in Word and Writing (C2 Level) Your personal strengths include: Embossed social and communicative competence Engaged, reliable, responsible, independent operation Happy work in the team Strategic, economic and holistic thinking and action
