You support and relieve the management team of projects, meetings and organisational and administrative tasks You research and gather relevant information to create presentations and decision templates Planning, coordination and preparation of appointments and meetings, including protocol management and task tracking, is also your responsibility You support the creation and processing of evaluations and analyses for management You document process changes in the quality management system You shall ensure the proper audit and travel expenses You contribute to projects on operational and strategic issues You work closely and coordinated with our internal and external partners
