Their main task is to carry out assessments of the need for care.

We have a varied and demanding task for you: Your expertise, your communication skills and your human knowledge are in demand in carrying out house visits to determine the need for care. You can also contribute, expand and use your strengths such as self-organization and expressiveness in the creation of expert reports.

A successfully completed training (3 year old) in health care and nursing/care for children or nursing or dual studies in health care and nursing/care for children or nursing for elderly people. At least 2 years of professional experience, a well-founded nursing expertise and the willingness to further develop. Joy in communication with people in different contexts as well as an empathic and safe occurrence. A good observance and the ability to formulate facts concisely in word and writing.

You also need: A driver's license and own car. An experienced handling of laptop and software.
