In this position you are not only part of the team - you actively participate: They take responsibility for the economic planning of the rehabilitation clinics to be supervised and thus contribute significantly to financial management and further development. In case of deviations, you analyze the causes and develop targeted measures together with the commercial management. Support for economic planning and analysis of target-actual deviations Individual support for several sites in their economic development Operational controlling including project work in the financial sector Further development of reporting structures and controlling instruments Construction and maintenance of cost centers and cost center accounting

Business studies or comparable qualifications Professional experience in controlling - ideally beneficial in healthcare Knowledge of SAP CO/FI and common BI tools (e.g. Power BI, QlikView, Tableau) Secure handling of MS Excel and pivot evaluations Team spirit, communication strength and joy of cooperation
