As a HR manager in HR Management, you are the first contact person for the employees at our headquarters in Backnang. Through your work, you're thinking for an ideal employee journey, shaping a positive working environment. You work in close cooperation with executives on the development of our employees, and you also support and coach our executives in the field of labour law/HR to develop them into optimal executives You support HR projects to optimize employee journeys within the group of companies (e.g. health promotion, talent promotion, events, etc.) You are responsible for the planning of personnel needs and the commissioning of necessary personnel. You are experienced in the implementation and continuous adaptation of processes. Your hand-on mentality allows you to switch between diverse tasks. Administrative activities and work directly on humans are essential components of your everyday life

You have an academic degree or a comparable degree in Human Resources and multiannual experience in this area ideally in a comparable position You work independently, conscientiously and organized to clarify the concerns of our employees as best possible You are empathic, trustful and a strong partner for employees and our company You speak German and good English fluently and work quickly and securely in digital systems
