You develop a monthly, standardised personnel cost calculation and implement a rolling full-time planning. In addition, you are responsible for the monthly creation, analysis and continuous further development of personnel cost planning. As a connecting interface between total controlling and personnel management, you take on a central consulting and coordination role. With your view to the essentials, you contribute to the creation of relevant personnel key figures for economic planning. Last but not least, you are actively engaged when it comes to the strategic realignment of the area in the context of personnel planning and personnel costs structure, and are making important impulses.

You have a completed BWL study, ideally focusing on controlling. In addition, you bring professional experience in personal controlling and are familiar with reporting, analysis and control logic.
