Construction site controller (m/f/d)

Direct interface to the Financial Project Lead, Central Project Cost Controller and Cost Planner Close coordination with construction monitoring, construction coordination and construction-related service providers on site Participation in all relevant construction site meetings Processing of all commercial matters at the construction site in its own responsibility Testing of impact sheets with regard to on-site performance Examination of invoices as well as adjustment of allowances and invoices in AVA software (iTWO) Monitoring of performance and maintenance of performance calculation in iTWO Pre-examination of claims and claims as well as support in claim management incl. Reporting Support of the construction section management for commercial reporting (Forecast, Mittelabfluplanung) Documentation of construction site processes and billing topics Support in the audit and release of invoices and BANFen in SAP Pre- and post-processing of weekly and monthly meetings

At least 5 years of experience in the commercial processing of construction sites (e.g. construction computer, construction manager, construction supervisor) Completed commercial training or comparable qualification with construction reference Experience in construction or infrastructure projects, ideally line construction sites Very good knowledge of MS Office (in Excel, SharePoint) Safe handling of AVA software (e.g. iTWO) Basic knowledge of commercial accounting and settlement processes Very good German knowledge (C1) and good English knowledge Basic technical understanding in the building environment
