GOLDBECK Facility Services includes the service spectrum of integrated facility management with its own technical service, as well as advice on the optimal management and maintenance of real estate. Own-responsible control and holistic assurance of the contractual services in the supervised objects with a focus on technical facility management Planning, coordination and continuous control of maintenance services and statutory and regulatory audits Self-implementation and control of special services (e.g. repairs, reconstructions and technical evidence) taking into account quality, costs and dates assignment, control and coordination of subcontractors and internal technical service Central contact person for customers and tenants with a focus on high service quality and sustainable customer satisfaction Implementation of commercial tasks, in particular audit and clearance Ensuring a transparent and meaningful reporting via the CAFM system

Complete studies in engineering (e.g. civil engineering, industrial engineering, building technology and facility management) or a master and/or Technical training with appropriate qualifications and well-founded expertise Multiannual professional experience in facility management, ideally in a comparable position Embossed service orientation and a high understanding of customer requirements and service quality Communication strength and safe occurrence in dealing with customers, service providers and the team Self-employed, structured working and organisational strength to manage projects and processes independently
