Shift Supervisor Production - Manufacturing / Plant Management (m/f/d)

You take over production management and monitoring by taking responsibility for ensuring the production quantities, quality and efficiency of the Main Line (Ofen, Line, Packaging, Silo, Pendulum, Binder) You lead and motivate a team of 15-25 employees and carry out training and instruction on work safety and production processes You monitor and control the production parameters, coordinate personnel use and optimize production processes You implement safety, environmental and quality standards in the Main Line and ensure compliance You regularly report to the production line for shift performance and production indicators You work in the team, participate in quality circles and KVP working groups and work closely with other departments such as maintenance and quality assurance

You have a completed technical training (e.g. as a master or technician) or a comparable qualification. You already have experience in managing production teams, ideally in shift operation. You are well aware of the topics of work security and process optimization. As a motivating leadership, you are going forward solution-oriented, your team can inspire and remain sovereign in stressful phases. You will certainly communicate in German (min. B2) and bring good English skills.
