Administration of rental contracts: You take over the commercial and administrative administration and care of our existing rental contracts. Contract department: You take over the commercial and administrative tasks in the area of the contract department. Timeline management: You create and complete rental contracts and keep an eye on contract terms and notice periods. Car rental services: You are the first contact for all landlords and sub-renters for all matters relating to the contract. Planning: You create the annual rent planning, the billing and actively support the annual closing work. Sustainability: You maintain the interface on accounting for sustainability reporting. Contract negotiations: You support the expansion department in lease negotiations as well as the construction department in the re-enforcement and enforcement of lease-contractual regulations and property returns. Auditing of settlements: You take over the audit and implementation of operating costs and incidental cost accounting. Purchase contracts: You support the department management in the field of purchase contract management in property and property purchase contracts.

Training: You have a successfully completed training to/from the real estate businessman/buyer or an property-specific training (immobility specialist; Real estate economics). Knowledge: You bring well-founded and multiannual professional experience in the management of commercial real estate and have already been able to take over first leadership tasks.
