At 01.08.2025 we are looking for a dedicated dual student (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) in the area of business information technology with a focus on cyber security.

Our Information Technology area is driving technical innovations within the company while ensuring the protection of the company against external threats and operational risks. We understand ourselves as a service area, the aim of which is to actively support and boost business. At the heart of the work of the “Security, Infrastructure and Cloud” team is the security and availability of our IT systems. Together with the other IT teams and departments, we develop modern solutions. We are highly motivated and enthusiastic about the latest technical developments.

Security analyses: You support the implementation of regular security analyses and checks to identify vulnerabilities and potential threats in our IT infrastructure. Incident Response: You work in developing and implementing protocols and actions to respond to security incidents, including documentation and reporting. Security Awareness: You support the design and implementation of training programs to promote the awareness of cyber security among employees. Documentation: You're practising and updating security policies as well as procedures, and you're reporting on security incidents and measures. Penetration tests: You are involved in penetration tests and vulnerability analyses to ensure the safety of our systems and applications. Technological trends: You follow and advertise current developments in cyber security to ensure that we are up-to-date. The programme Our dual study program offers you the opportunity to put in practice sound knowledge in the Bachelor's degree program Business Informatics with a focus on cyber security. Your studies take place in the block model at our cooperation college, the FHDW in Bergisch Gladbach. The theoretical and practical phases alternate in the 3-month rhythm. In the practical phases, you work closely with our experienced IT security team. The tuition fees and examination fees are fully accepted by us.

Enthusiasm: You are passionate about IT topics and relationships and are interested in the capital market and/or financial topics. Qualification: You passed your (special) abitur with a good or very good degree. Experience: You are either just finished with the school or have already completed a training, for example as a specialist (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d). You are also welcome with another tour! IT knowledge: You should bring at least first MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Working methods: High motivation, rapid understanding and a pronounced quality awareness describe you. In addition, you will bring a responsible way of working together and enjoying teamwork and communication. Language: You have very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing.
