Senior Project Manager with a focus on hospital systems (m/f/d)

As a senior project manager at SoCura, our Project Management Office is responsible for complex projects in the field of IT systems in the hospital. This makes a significant contribution to the fact that the employees of our parent company, the Malteser, have more time for their mission – the service next. THE INDICES Responsibility and management of complex IT, organizational or IT service management (ITSM) projects in the field of administrative and clinical systems in the hospital Technical and technical project management using classic waterfall and agile methods Coordinating interface function between SoCura companies, various internal specialist departments and external service providers Ensuring project transparency to all participating partners and stakeholders Monitoring and control of technological, commercial and human resources (to process the project in terms of volume, time, budget and quality) Responsible takeover of topics from project management to further develop the SoCura project framework Creation of project documentation, reports, presentation documents and their presentation Consulting in the ITSM and business process environment Active participation in the optimization of the company-wide project management knowledge

Successfully completed studies of (economic) informatics/economics or an IT or commercial vocational training or a comparable qualification

7 years of professional experience, of which > 5 years of experience in IT, rollout, organizational or ITSM projects Experience in IT infrastructure and clinical systems Experience in hospital environment desirable Funded knowledge in the processes and methods of project management (planning, environment analysis, stakeholder management, risk management, change management, project controlling), ideally in PRINCE2 Practitioner Good knowledge of process analysis with the aid of, for example, BPMN Good knowledge of service processes of ITIL V3/4, at least. Foundation level Very good knowledge of agile methods, for example Scrum (SM, PO Level I, desirable Level II) Embossed team and communication skills as well as high service and customer orientation Professional leadership experience as well as high social and leadership skills, enforcement skills and organisational skills Analytical thinkability as well as very good conceptual skills and a structured, result-oriented working English in Word and Scripture desirable Class B driving licence
