Plant Technician in Semiconductor Manufacturing

From the first concept to pre-series production we offer all steps directly on site. The ASICs are processed in our own CMOS and microsystem cleanrooms on a total surface area of 800 m2. Our team ''System maintenance'' ensures the uninterrupted functionality of the semiconductor systems in our clean rooms.

As a technical manager, you take over the planning and implementation of measures for the maintenance and maintenance of our production facilities. Here you analyze and troubleshoot faults, support technical projects and ensure the smooth operation of our machines and measuring devices. You will be supported by our well-established and experienced team that will accompany you during the work steps on the systems. Our MES system is available to you to carry out your activities by means of which you can reproduce your workflows completely electronically. In close cooperation with our purchasing department, you will independently plan all necessary procurement processes, including spare parts for our systems, and perform them in our SAP system. For this, you are in direct contact with our suppliers. As part of the technological development of our institute, you will also support projects for the expansion and optimization of clean rooms. This process ranges from the first market research and the acquisition and evaluation of the specific offers to the coordination of the installation installation, installation and acceptance in cooperation with our process engineers and the facility team. Optionally, with appropriate qualifications, there is the possibility to take over the function of the responsible electrical power.
