With Mercedes-Benz AG, the vehicle manufacturer is one of the largest providers of premium and luxury cars and vans. We in the Mounting Hall 9 in the Chassis 1 are one of several cost centers that ensure that a smooth run is created from the painted body to the finished vehicle. Our cost center is based on individual assembly lines, and on many technical centers. Technical centers are automated workflows, which are monitored and optimized by the plant operators. We try to optimize processes and are always looking for innovations and new technology that we can bring in. Currently we introduce an AI camera to optimize our process and ensure a trouble-free process. These challenges include: Support in optimizing production processes Optimization of GAB sizes and maintenance intervals Integration and processing of data from different systems (Q-Live, MRS, Sharepoint) Development of data-based solutions using PowerBI and PowerApps The internship can start from July / August 2025.
