Tasks

Processing and coordination of export orders worldwide -Creation of transit and customs documents (e.g. export declarations, certificates of origin, shipping documents) -Communication with forwarding, customers and internal departments

• Monitoring of delivery dates and transports
• Compliance and implementation of external regulations

Requirements profile

Completed commercial training, ideally focusing on foreign trade or forwarding -First professional experience in export processing of advantage -knowledge in handling customs and export regulations (e.g. ATLAS)

• Safe handling of MS Office and ideally SAP -Good English skills in word and writing -Structured, reliable and team-oriented operation
