You are responsible for the ongoing accounting of housing owners communities, own resources and foreign administrations You process debitor and creditor accounting You carry out payment transactions and monitoring of payment transactions and open items You create house money/supply bills and business plans You're working on Mahnwesen & Claim Management You communicate with owners, tenants, service providers and advisers in accounting matters You work with property and house managers, tax advisors and external partners You optimate internal processes & processes

Successfully completed commercial training, ideally focusing on accounting, real estate management or comparable qualifications Professional experience in accounting, ideally in real estate or WEG administration Safe handling of accounting processes and good numerical understanding Structured, independent and careful operation Experience with house management or accounting software (ideally Wowiport) Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel Team skills as well as friendly and professional appearance Communication strength and service orientation in dealing with owners and business partners Reliability, discretion and sense of responsibility
