You are the driving force that our Thalia working world is legally safe, forward-looking and practical. As a strategic business management partner, HR and executives, you develop viable solutions in work law and make sure that our company is not only compliant, but also operational. At the same time, you lead our work security team and ensure a safe and modern working environment. With your legal vision and your sense of practical solutions, you create the basis for sustainable, fair and transparent working conditions. Your tasks with us: Labour law consulting & strategy: You are the central contact person for business management, HR Business Partner and executives in all individual and collective labour law issues. Labour Law Governance: You continue to develop labour law policies and business agreements – in close coordination with colleagues responsible for the work of the committee. Safety & control: You carry out two occupational safety experts and ensure the integration with labour law topics. Project management: You accompany labour law aspects in strategic corporate projects, such as acquisitions or (inter)national labour law issues. Cooperation with external consultants: You tax external labour law experts and lawyers and represent the company in basic legal matters. Training & Knowledge Transfer: You develop and conduct training for executives and HR colleagues on labour law and security issues.

Professional expertise: full lawyer with well-founded knowledge in individual and collective labour law, ideally specialist lawyer for labour law or with experience as a legal counsel. Experience: Multiannual professional experience in a comparable role in the business or group environment, experience in the body moderation desirable Leadership & Control Competence: Experience in the management or professional control of a team, ideally with interfaces to work safety. Strategic thinking & negotiation skills: You can evaluate labour law challenges entrepreneurially and translate them into pragmatic solutions. Communication strength: You understand how to communicate complex issues in a comprehensible way and to take part in various stakeholders. IT Affinity: Good MS Office knowledge, experience with digital HR tools. English: Very good English in word and writing is a plus.
