Operations is the heart of all Amazon activities. Thanks to effective processes, items are processed and shipped on time for our customers. As a Process Assistant, you monitor layer management in one of our Vendor Flex filling locations. You control the pulse of our operations on site and play a key role in delivering customer orders in every step of the chain. You are responsible for coordinating the operational processes and workflows of Amazon customer orders, monitoring different performance indicators and constant communication with the logistics service provider.

Key job responsibilities

• Measuring and monitoring workflows, tracking performance on site and providing important shift information for frontline management to ensure operational excellence across all layers
• Support and training of staff to provide excellent service and supervision of their daily tasks -Supporting the layer/area manager in projects to improve processes, creating a safe working environment and increasing employee engagement
• Collaboration with other departments to find solutions for frequent problems or support needs in areas of important performance indicators
• Use of data analysis to identify optimization possibilities in the areas of safety, quality and productivity
