Control Compensation Processes: You are responsible for central payment processes such as salary rounds, bonus reviews and graduation initiatives. Stakeholders advise: As a Sparringspartner, you support HR, executives and management in all questions concerning Compensation & Benefits. Developing remuneration structures: You implement policies, drive harmonisation initiatives and continuously develop existing processes. Data-based decisions allow: With the help of market benchmarks and compensation analyses, you create transparency and guide action recommendations. Optimize processes and systems: You help create compensation processes in Workday and help standardize structures and systems. Accompanying changes: Through consulting, communication and training, you support the successful implementation of new Compensation and Benefits concepts.

Education: Successfully completed studies or a comparable qualification. Communication strength: You convey complex remuneration topics safely and addressably at different levels of management. Stakeholder Management: You feel comfortable in an international matrix environment and act as a competent savings partner for HR, executives and management. Compensation & Benefits Expertise: You bring well-founded experience in Compensation & Benefits as well as in the management of compensation processes. Analytical competence: You use data and market benchmarks to derive sound decisions and recommendations. Grading & Job Evaluation: Ideally you have experience with job evaluation and grading methods, such as Willis Towers Watson or comparable systems. Languages: You communicate safely in German and English.
