In addition to experienced specialists for complex credit and contract structures, the team consists of two experts for the individual consortial credit business. In close coordination with other disciplines, we jointly master challenging projects and consortial financing. We attach great importance to technical exchange, mutual support and cooperation.

Your tasks – we will inspire you You shape complex, individual credit and collateral contracts as well as consortial and collateral pool contracts and professionally accompany them across the entire process. As part of an interdisciplinary deal team, you take co-responsibility for the successful implementation of consortial finances, in particular in consortium management. You coordinate cooperation with internal and external partners such as sales, credit analysis or corporate finance and find pragmatic and sustainable solutions for complex issues. In exciting projects around project, consortial and structured finances, you bring your expertise and take into account the individual requirements of our customers.

You already have extensive experience in the consortial loan business, preferably in credit management and especially in real estate and project business. You are characterized by your very good information, structured operation, high performance motivation and loadability. You show a high degree of self-initiative and enjoy implementing complex financing and fully responsible for the credit management in the new and existing business. You understand yourself as a team player, both in your own team and with the other colleagues involved in the processing process.
