The field of internal investigations leads forensic investigations within the Schwarz Corporate Solutions. preventive assessments and workshops in all cases of economic crime and HR compliance, taking into account optimization and prevention measures. In addition, the Internal Investigation Division supports and advises in the context of operational and strategic activity.

Own implementation of forensic investigations on the clarification of relevant delicacies in topics such as economic crime / Fraud, corruption, HR compliance in the national and international business environment. Routinized control of a wide range of investigation methods (including data analysis, OSINT research, forensic interview management) and the ability to oral and written reporting. Specialized guidance of research teams in the planning and efficient implementation of appropriate investigations. Introduction of experience in crime prevention and independent implementation of prevention measures, e.g. workshops, in this field. Promoting the development of competence within the field through the design and implementation of specialized further training for criminal cases.

Completion of relevant academic education in the field of criminals / criminals and criminal law Criminal process law and relevant multiannual professional experience. Interest in the use of IT tools and the further development by means of new technologies (e.g. AI). Safe occurrence, high degree of negotiation skills and pronounced communication strength. Predictive, independent and structured working methods with pronounced analytical and conceptual skills. Very good knowledge of English in word and writing. Teamability, high operational readiness and the willingness to travel in Germany and abroad. .
