Working student:in Operational Excellence*

You will become part of the newly created area of Operational Excellence. Efficient processes are the basis of our business model - You ensure quality and scalability and help us achieve our ambitious growth goals. This is precisely where Operational Excellence applies. Our goal: to analyze, document and develop processes across the company. We look at our process landscape and ask, together with our specialist areas: Are all necessary processes present? Are You designed to be correct and entrepreneurial? Is the documentation complete and up to date? And also: what can you make differently, better, more efficient? Or: what can be omitted because it does not provide added value? Operational Excellence means two things for us: on the one hand, we support specialist areas as a methodologically sound partner in classical process management - we help to capture, model and document processes in a structured manner. On the other hand, we are specifically driving improvements, raising efficiency potentials and promoting the automation of suitable processes. In both roles we understand ourselves as an internal service provider with quality standards - practical, solution-oriented and with a view to the whole. As a working student, you support our team in the documentation and further development of existing processes, accompany workshops and research, prepare presentations and analyses and help implement sustainable process improvements throughout the company. Support for (process survey) workshops Documentation of new and existing processes Creation and updating of process documentation (e.g. process description, process flow diagrams) General research and analysis activities Creation and preparation of presentations and reports, communications with internal stakeholders, disclosure and procurement of information Sustainable implementation of process improvements Together with the Operational Excellence Expert: our departments support the introduction of new processes

Advanced Bachelor or Master studies First practical work experience, e.g. through internships, university projects or student work activities Safe handling of MS Office applications, especially MS PowerPoint and MS Excel Availability for at least 6 hours per week over a period of 12 months – more in the lecture-free period Very good German knowledge of Word and Writing (C2)
