Solution ManagerIn Rail - RoS (w/d/m)

You analyze customer requirements in the Rail Systems segment and develop customized solutions with focus on Testing & Commissioning (T&C) You have the responsibility for complex projects in Functional Testing, Vehicle Level Testing (static & dynamic), Interface Testing and Type Testing You supervise system integration including fault diagnosis, troubleshooting and software validation and configuration management You ensure that all relevant safety regulations and standards (including EN 50126/8/9, EN 45545, EN 50155, IEC, UIC, TSI) are complied with. You will start master schedules for tests and decreases along the project miles You have the professional leadership of project teams and support consulting on senior levels, use your OEM network for business development and act as an impulse provider for innovative solutions

You have many years of experience in the field of railways, especially in Testing & Commissioning; Knowledge of C&A is a plus You have detectable experience in managing complex projects as well as a resilient network to Rail OEMs You convince by entrepreneurial thinking, strong leadership skills and stability in critical project situations You communicate safely in German (C1) and bring good English skills You are ready to travel and flexible to use - even on construction sites or directly on the train, if necessary in shift operation
