Working in the team: You are firmly involved in the automation team from day one and work closely with AI experts, developers and data scientists Improve AI-assisted processes: You will explore existing processes in the product and operation environment, identify manual or inefficient steps, guide data-driven improvements and drive AI-assisted automation potentials Creating decision-making bases: you analyze process-related data, structure complex facts, and prepare sound basis for the automation team Use AI specifically in automation: You use AI/LLM tools to improve classifications, decision logics and workflows while optimizing your daily work by consistently using AI-based tools Measure and Ensure Quality: You continuously analyze efficiency indicators, evaluate automation and error rates and guide concrete action recommendations from the most important success metrics

Strong academic background: ongoing university studies with above-average performance, ideally with economic, technical-analytical or IT-related focus (e.g. BWL, business informatics, engineering, mathematics, etc.) Analytical thinking and numerical affinity: You work structured, think in processes and KPIs and enjoy analyzing and improving complex processes based on data Digital process thinking: You analyze complex processes, think in processes and systems and develop scalable solutions Curiosity on AI/LLM tools: You actively work with AI/LLM technologies and try out tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor, Lovable or similar solutions both privately and in studies Drive and Communication: You work autonomously, structured and bring your ideas clearly to the point, even in coordination with IT and other stakeholders Language skills: You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing
