Acquisition, coordination and management of tasks within the framework of customer support in Wealth Management Own support of the consultants through the acquisition of selected tasks, in particular the independent clarification and processing of complex issues Direct customer contact and situational co-representation, including the acquisition of representation and backup functions for associated consultants - especially in the care of family members Participation in securities consulting through the analysis of customer portfolio structures and in the financing business by preparing contract negotiations or the processing of specific individual topics New customer acquisition support through searches for potential new customers and companies Own-sponsored administration and organization of customer representatives of the associated consultants

Completed banking training with further qualification Multiannual professional experience in handling (high) wealthy customers High resilience and sovereignty in challenging situations as well as joy in dealing with exclusive customers Comprehensive expertise on products and processes in Wealth Management, in particular in the fields of investment, credit and regulatory requirements Safe handling of IT applications such as e.g. OSPlus or comparable systems Self-working and self-responsibility even with minimal leadership Embossed contact, communication and team skills Very good expressiveness in word and writing
