We are looking for a Head of Enterprise Application Services (m/w/d) Senior Management Position within the Global IT Organisation | Report Line to Global Director IT

Professional and disciplinary leadership as well as further development of Application Development, Reporting and Master Data Management with a total of 24 employees Development and implementation of the global enterprise application strategy as part of the IT and digitization strategy Responsibility for the target architecture and the continuous development of the company-wide business application landscape Harmonization and optimization of global business processes through the use of modern standard solutions Advising management and expertise in international digitalization, transformation and innovation initiatives in close cooperation with the Business Realationship Management department Participation in global SAP rollouts and other strategic transformation programs General responsibility for operation, availability, security and continuous development of Business Applications Leadership of an organisation from internal specialists and external partners to ensure a powerful and forward-looking application service portfolio Responsibility for the enterprise application landscape with a focus on SAP ERP, CRM, HR, Reporting and Analytics solutions Building and further developing a global key-user organization and sustainable governance structures Identification of new technologies and innovation potentials Ensuring defined service levels and high service quality Responsibility for manufacturer and service provider relationships in the field of Enterprise Applications and support of the IT Office in contract and license management

Successfully completed studies in computer science, business informatics or mathematics Multiannual leadership experience in Enterprise Applications, Business Solutions or SAP Experience in managing larger application organisations, expert structures or interdisciplinary teams Understanding ERP, CRM, HR, Reporting and Analytics landscapes in an international industrial company Detectable successes in transformation, digitization or rollout programs Comprehensive experience in managing complex stakeholder structures as well as in controlling external service providers Designed strategic, conceptual and organizational skills High implementation strength as well as pronounced communication and presentation competence Sovereign occurrence at management level and strong leadership competence Entrepreneurial thinking, high service orientation and a modern understanding of IT as a business enabler Experience in the international environment with intercultural competence and readiness to travel German language skills (level C1) and English skills (level B2) in word and writing
