Internal Sales Clerk (m/f/d)

New-York Hamburger Gummi-Waaren Compagnie AG (NYH AG) is a traditional medium-sized production company based in Lüneburg. With around 80 employees, we develop, manufacture and distribute elastomer and thermoplastic articles as well as their combinations with metals or fiber composites that fulfill their tailored functions worldwide in the automotive, electrical, musical, and cosmetic industries as well as in aviation, medical technology and mechanical engineering. We are looking to strengthen our sales team for elastomer products to the next possible date

(in parttime with 25-30 hours/week)

Acceptance, recording and handling of global customer orders and telephone customer support Support in the creation and costing of offers Preparation of invoices Consumption and processing of customer complaints Maintenance of customer and contract data as well as preparation of evaluations and statistics Measurement and evaluation of customer satisfaction Compilation of freight and customs documents and certificates of origin as required

Completed commercial training Including experience in order processing, preferably in the field of chemical or technical products in a medium-sized production company First experience in project management, link between our customers and production Technical understanding and practice in customs processing of advantage ERP knowledge desirable, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Very good communication capability and safe English as well as pleasure at telephone customer contact Self-employed, reliable and thorough working, team spirit and high service orientation
