a completed university degree (Bachelor, Master, Diploma, Magister, State Examen) in the field of sports science, sports education, sports management or comparable qualifications well-founded expertise and professional experience in youth and adult education, ideally in the field of sports and experience education as well as in the use of digital educational media Knowledge of the development of educational measures and projects in educational institutions communicative skills and experience in moderation Knowledge of the structures of the LandesSportBundes Niedersachsen e.
