In the 3-year vocational training you learn: coordination of general telephone and written requests the execution including preparatory and follow-up of various events (e.g. catering and major events - up to 5,000 guests -, theatre performances etc.) to identify, record and monitor event costs and to carry out orders the development of concepts for events planning and provision of event logistics and materials Calculating costs and creating and collecting services

You have (nearly) a middle school degree with good grades, especially in mathematics and German. You are very interested in commercial activities and economic relationships. You are an organizational institution and open to challenging activities You are communicative, contact-friendly and convince by reliability. You enjoy working in the team and dealing with digital media. Students are also welcome. Driving class B is desirable but not urgently required
