Development and design of the visual identity of the S-MM for all channels, from the website to social media to print media and events Conception of creative concepts and layouts for marketing campaigns, product solutions and corporate communication Development of the image world including image research, generation and editing as well as creation of mockups, moodboards, Miro boards, graphics, icons, pictograms and animations Conception and implementation of online and print sets according to CD: Web/Social banners (static/animated), brochures, flyers, one-Pager, exhibition walls, roll-ups, signs, business equipment - from creation to print data creation (layout and clean drawing) Development of merchandise articles and branded giveaways Continuous care and further development of the website to maintain a user-friendly UX Responsible for continuous graphical trend routing to proactively optimize the visual performance of the S-MM
Training or studies in the field of graphic design/media design or comparable training Long-standing experience in the agency or business environment incl. Experience in using current AI tools for image processing and generation Very safe handling of Adobe Creative Cloud as well as distinct abilities in typography, layout, color theory and image language Print know-how: CMYK vs. RGB, special colors (pantones), trim/cut, folding, paper & finishes Merchandising & Give-aways: Material Science, Printing (Siebdruck, Tampon, Transfer, Gravur) Digital know-how: common banner formats, file size optimization, export (SVG/PNG/JPEG) Communication skills, timeliness and a sense of visual storytelling and modern digital trends “Hands on mentality” and readiness to take over diverse fields of activity also under time pressure Basic knowledge of UX design, web design and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) desirable
