Place: Gladbeck Working time: full time / part time EC 6 TVöD VKA/Bes.-Gr. A6 LBesG NRW

You provide first-level support to a professional college in Gladbeck. The support of the teachers and the EDV supervisor (m/w/d) is within your task. You can do this on site at the professional college assigned to you. You install and configure PCs, notebooks and peripherals and take care of hardware breakdown and breakdown. The execution of fault analyses, troubleshooting and creation of qualified tickets is also part of your activities. You act as a contact person for all teachers on site and thus form the interface in the company in order to achieve the best possible support at the school location.

You have a training as a specialist informatics (m/w/d) for system integration or a comparable qualification. You ideally bring experience in user support and/or knowledge in handling modern school management solutions and Microsoft Office. Proactivity as well as service orientation and communication capability are characterized. We presuppose the driving licence of class B and the willingness to travel activities for customer support on site.
