Shift Supervisor Production - Packaging / Industry (m/f/d)

You take the professional leadership of your team, coordinate the daily workflows in the 3-shift system and are the first contact person for your employees You ensure the smooth and timely execution of the packaging processes and monitor the systems to ensure high productivity You are responsible for compliance with all quality and hygiene standards and legal requirements in your shift operation In case of disorders in the process process, you quickly reap, take appropriate countermeasures and actively bring your own ideas to optimize the processes You create and care for layer documentation using MS Office and ensure complete collection of all packaging-relevant data

You have completed training and professional experience in technical, scientific or medical fields You bring the willingness to work in the 3-shift system You have a strong quality awareness and a thorough understanding of the strict compliance with hygiene regulations You work independently, structured and reliable, keep a cool head under time pressure and appreciate the work in the team You are strong in communication, can provide information at eye level and have very good German knowledge (min. C1) You are safe in handling MS Office and has the ability to quickly work into new IT systems
