In the Semiconductor Mask Solutions (SMS) division of the ZEISS Group, we are looking for a Business Solution Manager for Information Security, which starts at the closest possible time at the Jena site.

Respond to, initiate, co-form and implement information security projects, in particular in the areas of cyber and product security

Contact person for evaluating, consolidating and monitoring requirements and ensuring the implementation of information security standards across the entire product development and life cycle process

Identify, display and report security risks including the development and implementation of impact mitigation strategies and reporting to management

Coordination and optimization of cooperation between all relevant stakeholders in the field of information security

Conception and continuous modification of a model to evaluate the degree of information security of the SBU SMS, including a dashboard with the associated KPIs

Creation, documentation and maintenance of work processes and instructions

completed university studies (required with Master) with economic, information technology and safety aspects or in a similar course

many years of experience in project management and monitoring as well as detectable successes

first professional experience in professional product or software development, IT, information security or similar areas

Experiences with standards of information security such as ISO/IEC 27000 or the IEC 62443 series and in the interpretation of regulatory requirements

high level of self-responsibility, self-responsibility and commitment as well as the readiness for occasional service trips in Germany and abroad

strong communication strength and team capacity

knowledge of German and English in word and writing
