As a department manager*in financial management, you take responsibility for the strategic and operational management of the department with three teams and around 20 employees.

Management and further development of the financial management department

Compilation of monthly accounts and balance sheets

Management of liquidity management

Ensuring smooth operational processes

Creating and controlling financial plans

Implementation of audits and control processes

Responsibility for tax management

Regular reporting to the Management Board

Completed technical or university studies (economy, business/public management or higher management skills)

Multiannual management experience and sound knowledge in financial management (Kreditoren-, Debitor-, accounting)

Secure know-how in financial management, accounting and tax law

Ability to motivate employees and successfully shape change processes

A sense of responsibility and structured working
