Your duties

Own-responsible management and implementation of the entire financial accounting Examination, confirmation and booking of input invoices as well as preparation and booking of output invoices Ensuring smooth payment and support for liquidity management Implementation and coordination of intra-group intercompany(IC) assistance Responsibility for plant accounting including ongoing voting and maintenance of investment assets Monitoring, analysis and clarification of open items (OPOS) Implementing accounts and dealing with accounting and tax issues Creation of meaningful monthly financial statements and participation in annual financial statements according to HGB Creation of monthly sales tax pre-registrations and implementation of sales tax trials Ensuring compliance with statutory, fiscal and internal accounting policies Contact persons for internal and external fields Active participation in the further development and digitization of financial processes Continuous analysis, optimization and standardization of existing processes and processes in financial and accounting

You have a successfully completed training as a tax specialist (m/w/d) with further training on the account book holder (m/w/d) or tax specialist (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification You bring well-founded professional experience in the financial or Accounting with comprehensive knowledge and experience in the preparation of monthly and annual accounts according to HGB You have good knowledge of turnover tax law and practical experience in the creation of sales tax pre-registrations and tax voting Excel uses routined and move safely into common accounting systems (e.g. DATEV) You work structured, analytical and independent You have a strong understanding of the process and a high affinity for digitalization and automation You convince by team spirit, communication strength and a high level of responsibility Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English complete your profile
