As an area manager*in the area of East (e.g. Berlin, Brandenburg, Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt), you take over the overall responsibility for the area of damage and value assessments. In this role, you are responsible for budget and P&L, including revenue, personnel costs and marketing. They conduct disciplinary and professionally the employees, conduct employee talks and personnel development measures. They organize and implement efficient business processes in cooperation with other areas. In addition, you acquire customers and represent the company in the East area and participate in customer events.

Successfully completed training as a motor vehicle expert for damage and value assessments. Multiannual professional experience as a motor vehicle expert, first experience in responsible staff management is desirable. They are able to guide a team efficiently, performance- and goal-oriented. You own sales affinity and can proceed strategically in negotiations.
