You coordinate independent construction sites in the field of low voltage networks and light signal systems

The planning of your teams (including technicians, temporary workers) as well as the disposition of equipment and material for your construction sites, including the control of suppliers and subcontractors, is part of your task

You take responsibility for construction projects from planning to completion and ensure an economic, technical and timely execution of your orders

In doing so, you always keep in mind the adherence to internal requirements and higher-level guidelines (quality management, HSEQ, occupational safety) to achieve the project objectives successfully

You are a competent contact person for our customers, suppliers, offices and internal colleagues m/w/d in the design and actively promotes optimizations

Complete training in the field of electrical engineering (e.g. electronics / electricians m/w/d) with master and/or Technical completion or comparable qualifications with corresponding professional experience Professional experience as a building manager m/w/d, desirable in a coordinating function or increasing self-confidence into this role Ideally experience in the construction of electricity networks and interest in modern communication technology Good MS Office Knowledge and Driving Class B Self-responsible and committed working style, negotiation skills and joy in work in the team and the joint achievement of your project goals
