Training 2025 Social Security Assistant

The German Pension Insurance Federation is an important part of the social security system in Germany. Social security specialists (also called socifa) at the DRV Bund are contact persons for our insured persons in pension and rehabilitation matters. They deal with insurance and contribution issues and establish pension entitlements. The training qualifies for the middle career in the public service and is designed by the dual training format in practical and vocational training block phases. During your training, you will pass through the departments of the DRV Bund, which are relevant for your training profession, and learn about all important areas of responsibility. Changing between practice, theory and vocational school, you acquire relevant knowledge and apply it directly under instructions. You can find out exactly how practice-theory and vocational training phases alternate in training. You are already in contact with the first insurers and pensioners. After about half of the training period, the interim examination takes place. The training can then be shortened at the request for above-average benefits.
