We are looking for the Business Operations and Organization at the Bonn site on 1st. October 2026 or, at the earliest possible date, a chef*in (w⁠/⁠m⁠/⁠d) expires until 31 December 2030.

The international team serves around 1,600 guests daily at the casino with a multi-faceted offer. In addition, the DW casino team provides catering for numerous meetings and events.

The adjustment is made at Pro Funk GmbH, a subsidiary of Deutsche Welle.

The activity of the remuneration group B (Kücheleiter*in) is collectively assigned.

Responsibility for operating kitchen management from food planning and preparation, quality to presentation and issue of food in the daily business and special events (conference service, VIP restaurant management, internal and external celebrations of all kinds up to 1,000 people) Guided tour of the entire kitchen staff in coordination with the casino leader (e.g., plan and coordinate personnel deployment) Ensuring smooth operation while maintaining the highest quality standards Responsibility for the perfect goods management - ordering, receipt of goods, storage, inventory - and the costing of the entire food supply Contact to our guests and contract partners on site regular exchange and coordination with the casino leader Support for trainees

completed training as cook or cook and additional qualification as kitchen master*in multiannual professional experience in comparable function, ideally in the upscale hotel industry or gastronomy excellent ways of handling, communication strength, convincing appearance and enforcement Knowledge of HACCP hygiene rules in the Community gas economy high performance, customer and service orientation, creativity and passion for gastronomy Apprenticeship (IHK-tested) excellent knowledge of German (min. level C1), English knowledge of high advantage
