Lead complex HR projects: Design the digital transformation from conception to successful implementation – you are the driving force behind forward-looking HR projects Design with AI in the HR context: introduce your expertise in AI to develop innovative solutions for personnel work and to optimize our building and execution organization Acting as an internal consultant: You are a central contact person and maker for artificial intelligence and digitalization within the HR sector Present your results: Improve the top management of your innovative solutions and progress Build your network: expand your network in the company and trade with other experts to shape the future together with advanced technologies
