Engineering Team Lead Records Management (m/f/d)

You lead a well-established development team and bear the responsibility for the delivery process – in close coordination with product management. With your know-how, you actively shape various capabilities of our products – including content structuring, life cycle control and file structure templates. You develop your team in a targeted way: you support your engineers in their professional and personal development, promote individual strengths and create an environment for continuous learning. With your commitment, you will establish and develop engineering standards that ensure the sustainable quality, wartability and scalability of our systems. Your technical expertise remains active in the code: If time is allowed, you program, check code and keep the connection to modern development practices. You control the further development of existing solutions with different technology generations and balance technical debts with a new range of functions. As an interface between the team and the stakeholders, you understand technical connections and represent the team interests to the outside.

You bring several years of experience as Team Lead or Senior Software Engineer. Embossed leadership and communication skills help you manage the team and clearly convey complex technical concepts. You have experience in controlling delivery processes: You keep an overview, recognize risks at an early stage and make sure that commitments are adhered to. As an enabler for your team, you coach engineers, give constructive feedback and actively promote their further development. A strong quality awareness as well as experience in the construction and development of engineering standards and best practices are what distinguishes you. You are pragmatic and solution-oriented: you meet informed decisions and do not lose sight of the technical quality or team dynamics. In C# and Vue you can move safely and find yourself in existing Angular codebases quickly without needing long runtime.
