For the Medical Clinic 1 (the focal point of gastroenterology/oncology) in the clinics Nagold, Academic Teaching Hospital of the University of Tübingen, we are looking for a Senior Physician (m/w/d) Internal Medicine with a focus on gastroenterology. The Department of Internal Medicine offers a wide range and consists of the Medical Clinic I with the Gastroenterology, Oncology and Certified Intestinal Center (according to DKG) and the Medical Clinic II for Heart and Circular Diseases with “Certified Chest Pain Unit” which work closely together. Internal medicine consists of over 100 beds incl. IMC and Intensive Unit. The clinics of Nagold will be further developed as part of the medical concept in 2030 to the center of the hospital. In addition to the usual endoscopic procedures, the spectrum of the gastroenterology clinic also includes all complex interventions. In a state-of-the-art functional tract with 2 sonography spaces and 4 endoscopic workstations, in addition to all conventional methods such as OGD and coloscopy with complex resections (EMR, ESD, FTRD), ERCP, endosonography, capsule endoscopy, SB deeroscopy, pH metrie, manometry and cholangioscopy (s), bronchoscopy The clinic is connected to an oncological therapy center. The focus is on solid tumors (especially gastrointestinal tumors) and malignant lymphomas.
