Team Leader Project Planning & Design (m/f/d)

Team management & leadership Professional and disciplinary leadership of the design and development team including talent development and support of students Ensuring efficient workflows and necessary resources Development of structures, processes and tools to increase efficiency Instructions of the team in fault analysis, CVP process, trial execution and pattern production Close cooperation with the departments Sales, Purchasing and Assembly Project management Turning and starting point for all project-related processes Management of internal and customer-appointed projects from the specifications, cost and scheduling to market launch Contact persons and consultants of customers, suppliers and colleagues Collection of offers and production orders Monitoring of assembly, coordination of appointments and commissioning at the end customer Responsibility for CE conformity, specifications and development budget Responsibility for quality, cost and time targets Construction & development New conception of production facilities through own development and involving external partners Development of new product ideas and concepts as well as presentation at management Technical sales support for customer projects internally and externally Representation of the company with authorities and specialist conferences

Qualification & Experience Complete study in the field of mechanical engineering, as an alternative technical training with further training to the technicians Multiannual professional experience in construction and development in special machinery and plant engineering Experience as project manager, ideally with international use Funded CAD knowledge, e.g. SolidWorks; Experiences in the 3D CAD design Basics of electrical engineering knowledge of container construction, hazardous goods and fire protection Insufficient experience in technically demanding production processes and plants Leadership & Personality Multiannual experience in the professional and disciplinary leadership of teams Hands-On-Mentality, High Social Competence and Cross-Sector Thinking Entrepreneurial commitment and joy in shaping Impulse and Ideas, Motivator and Sparringspartner Other Good knowledge of English Readiness to travel to support well-known international customers in Europe, China, North America and South America Joy in daily dealing with people
