Your role With us you have the opportunity to optimally connect your studies and practice and to actively collaborate on exciting projects. Design the internal IT of tomorrow at ZEISS: You support our internal IT and AI-Products team in developing innovative AI solutions for our IT landscape and using them productively

Together with the team, you design and develop AI agents and automated workflows that make our internal IT processes more efficient, scalable and robust (e.g. for incident and request management, self-services, monitoring or knowledge management)

Integrierst AI services in existing IT systems, use APIs and automation platforms and support in implementing end-to-end solutions in the IT environment

successfully running studies in the field of data science, computer science, mathematics, statistics or a comparable technical field

good programming knowledge, for example in Python and practical experience with Agentic Coding Frameworks

first touch points with 'APIs'', ''LLM-Frameworks'' (e.g. 'LangChain'', ''OpenAI compatible API''), automation tools or the development of AI Agents

You are creative, technology-loving and enjoy solving complex IT challenges with AI and automation

You like to work independently, structured and solution-oriented in an agile, international IT environment.
