Insolvency Clerk (m/w/d) - Final Reports

Point by point. You are responsible for the full implementation of final reports and compensation requests as a rule insolvency proceedings. Among other things, you take the following activities:

Completion of final reports, requests for remuneration and final accounts and the processing of allowances Control of accounting operations in insolvency proceedings Writing process-related writing Contact person for process participants Preparing creditor meetings Negotiations with various parties Coordination of service providers of insolvency administrators

You also have: A completed degree as an economic lawyer (Master), a qualified lawyer, a full lawyer or a completed training as a tax specialist or a comparable qualification Including professional experience in insolvency processing Excellent knowledge of German in word and writing Embossed knowledge in MS Office applications (especially MS Excel) Basic knowledge of accounting (commission for booking operations) Safe handling of modern office communication Ideally first experience in handling the administrator-specific software program Winsolvenz p4
