Responsibility for the further development of our production system with modern machine park through continuous support and strengthening of the production segment for pre-production machining Independent planning, selection, procurement, qualification and introduction of new manufacturing technologies and processes Continuous development of existing manufacturing processes through active application of LEAN methods and objectives Contact for our processes of prefabrication machining Optimization of existing production processes and systems with the aim of continuous process stabilization, efficiency increase and cost reduction As a design consultant active cooperation in new production developments or product changes with the aim of a production-oriented and therefore economical construction

State-tested technicians with professional experience in the field described or comparable Professional experience in a metal industry company and CNC machine technology Knowledge of tool technology and experience in programming complex components using CAM programming system Experience with machine controls of the SIEMENS 840 D SL and Siemens ONE would be beneficial Knowledge in the field of project and process management as well as safe handling of the methods of process optimization would be desirable Very good technical understanding Analytical and economic thinking and action as well as an independent and solution-oriented way of working Embossed consulting and training competence combined with high team skills Very good SAP R/3 knowledge
