You enter and manage one or more customers and drive their e-commerce strategies forward. In this context, you also take over the coordination of internal departments such as Financial Services, Customer Service, IT, Transport and Logistics for your customers. You are responsible for customer satisfaction and the commercial customer results. You develop your network proactively at FIEGE and in the customer organization and find the right solutions. You also identify new trends in the e-commerce and KEP context and actively promote the business of your customers.

You have a successfully completed business studies or a completed commercial training. Reliable is relevant professional experience in e-commerce, ideally in key account management. You bring communication skills and enforcement skills with regard to professional, commercial and strategic issues. Joy in versatile tasks in the e-commerce environment as well as a customer-oriented, independent and solution-oriented way of working. Last but not least, you have knowledge of English in word and writing.
