You are hired in the IT system house as an IT engineer/in. Possible places of work for this tender are: Nuremberg/Fürth, Berlin, Bochum, Chemnitz, Düsseldorf, Hannover, Krefeld, Lübeck, Mainz. Please enter your preferred working place (possibly several) as part of an application. Your future team works primarily in Nuremberg/Fürth, so – if you want to work on one of our nationwide workplaces – there are occasional travel activities. Here you can get to know your team personally and find yourself in your new tasks. The presence in Nuremberg/Fürth is planned at the beginning of the incorporation and for regular team collaboration. Your new team is responsible for all software development tasks in the area of BA staff. Here we use both standard software products such as SAP‐ERP as well as other purchase products and proprietary developments. Our focus is: Maintenance and technical and functional development including Quality assurance, master data management and user support of IT systems in the HR business unit New development of IT services and IT systems in the HR business segment Due to the increasing digitization and the increasing customer expectations with regard to topicality, user-friendliness, stability, security and performance, agile work and agile development methods are the focus. It is intended to provide usable solutions iteratively and to focus on the 110,000 users and their needs. Tasks and activities: System engineers design, develop, test, optimize and operate software solutions and infrastructures that meet the requirements of the client and the user. You work in interdisciplinary teams to create and/or adapt high-quality and reliable software and infrastructures. This includes the independent implementation of the following tasks and instructions of others: Planning, management and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructures Analysis of system requirements and performance data Development, updating and monitoring of software and updating and monitoring of hardware Identification and elimination of system problems Ensuring system availability and security

Higher education or comparable qualifications (priorities: computer science, business informatics) Multi-annual professional experience or comparable profile You still convince by: Knowledge of the development and/or operation of software solutions and infrastructures Finded knowledge of software solutions and/or infrastructure troubleshooting Knowledge of programming languages and/or the adaptation of software solutions and infrastructures The following further knowledge is desirable: Knowledge of the SAP-ERP Knowledge of professional business processes supported by ERP staff Knowledge of the technical components of the SAP-HCM Basic knowledge of the SAP release process and the existing SAP system landscape
