Analysis of complaints: Analysis of fault and fault causes in technical customer complaints as well as the application of suitable fault assessment methods such as visual checks, measurements, function tests or, where appropriate, thermal analyses Documentation: Collection and documentation of technical complaints as well as preparation of service reports and 8D reports Cause analysis: Discharges of technical fault causes, for example due to soldering errors, component failures or ESD damages, and comprehensible processing of the analysis results Action management: Introduction and monitoring of resulting measures and follow-up of corrective measures for the sustainable avoidance of errors Knowledge Transfer: Implementation of quality-relevant training related to complaint and error analysis processes

Completed electrotechnical training or comparable qualification An additional recognised two-year training desirable Technical understanding of product, process and fault relationships as well as a structured and careful operation Knowledge or Interest in methods of technical fault analysis and complaint processing, in particular 8D nomenclature Communication strength in cooperation with internal departments and in contact with suppliers and customers flowing German and very good English knowledge in word and writing
